Tip 5: How is your computer doing?
"Windows NT Task Manager" introduced in Windows 4.x makes it easier to find out how your computer is doing -- how much of its CPU is being used and how much memory is available at a given point in time.
  • Right click on the time display on the taskbar.
  • Select "Task Manager..."
  • Change to the "Performance" tab
